Huge congratulations to BSA athlete Dylan Logan and BIS Sport recipient James Logan on representing Australia at 6th Deaf World Swimming Championships in Argentina!
 
Dylan Results:
 
• Appointed Vice Captain of Australian Seals Deaf Swim Team for 6th world deaf swimming championships 2023
• 2nd International representation for Australian Deaf Swimming Team at a World Championships
• 2 bronze medals for 4x200 free relay and 4x100 medley relay Team Aus
• 4 pbs out of 8 swims with highlights a 37 sec pb in his 1500 and 9 sec PB in 200 breast.
• 4 top 8 individual rankings with highest ranking 5th in 50 back and 6th in 50m Butterfly
• 4 top 12 individual rankings out of his 8 swims
• 6 National Open MC Qualifying times
 
James Results:
 
• 1st international representation for Australia at a world championship
• 1 bronze medal for 4x200 free relay Team Aus
• 6 Pb's out of 7 swims with a huge 9 sec pb in the 200 back to rank him 12th in the world and a 3.6 second Pb in 100 Fly to rank 18th
• 5 top 20 finishes out of 7 swims
• 6 National Aus Age Lc qualifying times
